Shuttle Pro: Oakland Airport Shuttle

We offer Door-to-Door service BETWEEN the Oakland International Airport and the City and County of San Francisco. Extending our Door-to-Door service to Northern San Mateo County selected Cities.

PICKING-UP

We will pick you up at your residence or hotel in San Francisco (also FROM other cities), to transport you to the Oakland Airport on a share-ride basis, which means that we will pick up other customers before we head to the airport.

15-MINUTE WINDOW

Pick-up time is subject to a 15 minute window from the specified time. i.e. 6:00 pick-up: eventhou scheduled at 6:00 it is actually a 6:00 to 6:15 pick-up.

During high traffic hours we may require up to 20-minute window, which is from 7 to 9:00 a.m., and 4 to 6:00 p.m. We will keep you informed if we need to extend it.

Please keep in mind that our commitment is to have you on time at OAK, at your chosen scheduled time. Please be ready at the bottom of your pick-up time window, and be patient during the trip to the airport.

BOARDING AT OAKLAND AIRPORT

Directions to the Door-to-Door and Charters Reservations Boarding Stand is as it follows:

• From Terminal 1
  Exit baggage claim and take the crosswalk to the end or 4th. curb. Take a quick left and you will see the Door to Door Reservations stand No. 4-B
• From Terminal 2
  Exit baggage claim and take the crosswalk to the end or 4th. curb and you will see the Door to Door Reservations stand No. 4-G

FOR THE TRIP

Please be ready at the bottom of the window of your pick-up time, and be patient during the trip to the airport. We will get you there at your chosen time!

SENIORS AND HANDICAPPED DROP-OFF

Please ask your driver to take you right infront of your airline at your arrival at OAK. It is legal to drop you off there, and much more convenient than the Airport's designated drop-off area.

OTHER CITIES WE SERVE

We also offer Door-to-Door service to/from the Oakland Airport exclusively from the following cities: Brisbane, Colma, Daly City, Pacifica, San Bruno and South San Francisco.
